James Webb (Chelsea, Londra, 1825 – 1895), rinomato pittore di marine e paesaggi, passò tutta la sua vita a Chelsea (Londra)- Fece delle mostre all’Accademia Reale e al British Insititue tra il 1850 e il 1888. Molte sue opere sono al Victoria and Albert Museum e alla Tate Gallery.
